Officers responded to the 900 block of Galvin Drive around 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
EL CERRITO — A man died in a hail of gunfire Sunday afternoon, police said.
Paramedics treated him at the scene, and a medical helicopter took him to a hospital trauma center to be treated. He died there, police said.
