PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. shrugged off the tirades of his predecessor Rodrigo Duterte regarding his supposed drug addiction , attributing them to fentanyl, a drug that the former leader had taken. The Centers for Disease Control of the United States describes fentanyl as 'a synthetic opioid that is up to 50 times stronger than heroin and 100 times stronger than morphine.
