He will be joining a flurry of Gopher teammates promptly signing NHL contracts in the aftermath of defeat in the championship game. Notably, the Minnesota Wild signed defenseman Brock Faber to a three-year, entry-level deal on Sunday. Faber was a Kings’ second-round draft pick in 2020 and moved to the Wild in the Kevin Fiala deal last summer.
