CEBU CITY — Police arrested a high-value individual who yielded 150 grams of shabu worth P1,020,000 during a buy-bust on Thursday at Purok 4, Barangay Looc, Panglao Island, Bohol.
The target drug pusher was identified as alias Onyot, 20, a resident of Barangay Mansasa in Tagbilaran City.The raiding team led by Maj. John Khalev Diel Sanchez from Panglao Municipal Police Station carried out the operation.A mobile phone and a Yamaha Mio motorcycle were also confiscated from Onyot.Onyot is currently detained at the Panglao Municipal Police Station and is under investigation to identify his accomplices involved in the drug trade.BGen.
Anthony Aberin, Police Regional Office-Central Visayas head, commended the Panglao police personnel for their relentless campaign against illegal drugs.'The success of the drug-bust operation is a result of our intelligence-based operations aimed at effectively combating all forms of criminality in the region,' Aberin said.
