An officer was conducting a traffic stop about 10:40 p.m. in the 3900 block of Garrison Avenue, near Miller Avenue and Quails Lane.Police said the driver reversed the vehicle — a Chevrolet Tahoe — and struck the officer’s patrol car. The Tahoe also struck two parked vehicles. For a short time, that motorist drove on the sidewalk, police said.
