Dr. P has her handy comedone extractor and starts to press down on some of the blackheads—but they aren't budging.From there, she explains that these blackheads are buried in his skin, which is afflicted with cutis rhomboidalis nuchae—basically, extreme sun damage at the back of the neck. And the condition caused his skin to become thickened and leathery over time.
