The Jinx—Part Two premieres on HBO on April 21, covering eight years of the case after the conclusion of the original miniseries
“Killed them all, of course.” That’s Robert Durst’s eerie confession in the jaw-dropping finale of the 2015 HBO docuseries The Jinx: The Life And Deaths Of Robert Durst. It’s also the refrain repeated again and again at the beginning of the trailer for the surprise second season of the show, which premieres April 21.
“In Part Two, the filmmakers continue their investigation for the next eight years, uncovering hidden material, Durst’s prison calls, and interviews with witnesses who had not come forward until now,” reads the logline. As far as uncovering hidden material goes, the teaser makes it sound like real groundbreaking stuff. At least according to director Andrew Jarecki, who says some evidence they found “changed my perception of something I’ve been working on for 17 years.
