DeSantis said he won't be 'getting involved' if Trump is indicted over allegations that he paid hush money to adult film star Stormy Daniels.
While he has yet to announce his candidacy,DeSantis could be Trump's most dangerous rival in his bid to secure the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.
Speaking to reporters on Monday, DeSantis refused to say he would fight any attempt to extradite Trump to New York, though he did criticize Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for his investigation. Pointedly, DeSantis also said:"I don't know what goes into paying hush money to a porn star to secure silence over some type of alleged affair."
