Michael Cohen, the star witness in the hush money trial, is becoming an issue for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office. "Michael Cohen is a complete mess as a witness for the prosecution in the current state fraud trial," former federal prosecutor Michael McAuliffe toldCohen made the $130,000 hush money payment to Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election, the payment at the center of the case.
