THE Department of Justice on Thursday named three officials of the Department of Agriculture and several other individuals allegedly behind the price manipulation of onions last year.
The said DA officials are also facing administrative charges for inefficiency and incompetence in the performance of official duties under Section 46 of the Revised Administrative Code of 1987. Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla said the justice department and the NBI are likely to file more charges in the future.
