MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Health on Tuesday said there had been a 45 percent increase in influenza-like illness this year.
In data shared with reporters, the DOH said there were 114,278 cases of influenza-like illnesses from January 1 to December 3, 2022.“This is higher by 45 percent when compared to cases during the same time period last year,” the DOH said in its report.
