The Department of Health ( DOH ) has lost its legal battle over the controversial Barangay Health Stations (BHS) project. The Court of Appeals dismissed the agency's petition to set aside an arbitral tribunal ruling that ordered DOH to compensate a private contractor.
The ruling, made by the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) Arbitral Tribunal in January 2022, has attained finality.
