Sa pagtatanong ni Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Estrada, inihayag ni Senator Joel Villanueva na sponsor ng budget ng DMW, na nasa Malaysia ang 41 Pinoy na nasa death row, dalawa ang nasa Brunei at isa ang nasa Saudi Arabia. Sa kaso ng isang Pinay na hinatulan ng kamatayan sa Saudi Arabia, sinabi ni Villanueva--batay sa ibinibigay na impormasyon ng DMW-- na isa siyang overseas Filipino worker na biktima ng verbal at physical abuse ng kaniyang amo na napatay niya sa saksak.
Pitong taon na umanong nakapiit sa KSA ang Pinay at iniaapela ng retainer lawyer ng DMW ang kaniyang kaso.
