“The Ellen DeGeneres Show” DJ and his wife posted several Instagram videos from inside their California home getting into the holiday spirit.
Boss checked into a motel less than 1 mile from his home on Monday morning. Motel staffers revealed that he didn’t appear to be in any sort of distress and wasn’t visibly upset.On Tuesday, when Boss missed his checkout, a motel staffer went into his room where they discovered his body in the bathroom, dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
His wife was frantic when she reported her husband missing — revealing that it was not like him at all, and that he’d left his car at home.DeGeneres herself paid tribute to her longtime friend, who had worked with her since 2014. “I’m heartbroken. tWitch was pure love and light. He was my family, and I loved him with all my heart. I will miss him,” Degeneres, 64, said. “Please send your love and support to Allison and his beautiful children – Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia.”“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us,” Holker said of the “So You Think You Can Dance” judge. “Stephen lit up every room he stepped into.
“To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt,” she continued. “I am certain there won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t honor his memory.
