Family of Harris County Jail inmate Robert Terry, Jr. files a civil rights lawsuit after new claims emerge about his death.
Jail custody this year, announced that they are filing a civil rights lawsuit against the facility.
Additionally, he reportedly vomited excessively before his death. Inmates who spoke with Attorney Booker claim that over 90 minutes passed before Terry received any assistance.
