The “Boses ng Bayan” nationwide survey led by the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. conducted from Feb. 25 to March 8, covering at least 10,000 adult respondents, proclaimed Lamentillo as the highest-rated spokesperson in the country.
Lamentillo was followed by Mico Clavano of the Department of Justice ; Daphne Oseña-Paez of the Presidential Communications Office ; Goddess Hope Libiran of the Department of Budget and Management , Cesar Chavez of the Department of Transportation ; Marge Gutierrez of the Department of Interior and Local Government ; Beverly Ho of the Department of Health ; and Michael Poa of the Department of Education .
