Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday announced the state has officially filed a new lawsuit in Tampa against the Biden administration over the President's order imposing a vaccine mandate on federal contractors, set to take effect December 8.
DeSantis said his administration is seeking a preliminary injunction to stop the implementation of the mandate."Just because you're a business that does federal contracts, it's not right for the federal government to come in and rewrite those contracts and then try and shoehorn this in," the Republican governor said.
