MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Education on Friday said it will not suspend classes next week despite of the expected transport strike.
Instead, students should be allowed to use alternative modes, including online classes and modules, DepEd spokesman Michael Poa said.“On the part of DepEd, there will be no suspension of classes,” he said in a statement. “Those who will not be able to attend in-person classes should be allowed to continue learning through Alternative Delivery Modes ,” Poa added.
