Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller has tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
The Broncos released a statement saying Miller revealed his condition as a public service. It read in part:"Von has elected to share his diagnosis publicly to emphasize that anyone can be afflicted with coronavirus.
"Von is doing well and recovering at home in self-isolation. He remains under the care of team doctors, who are following all coronavirus treatment procedures to ensure a safe environment for Von and our community."Miller became the second active NFL player to test positive for COVID-19. Los Angeles Rams centerMiller, the No. 2 overall pick in the 2011 NFL draft, was game MVP in the Broncos' win over the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50.
