The brewery said on social media that no staff members were at the building when a car crashed into it

Denver’s Dos Luces Brewery is closed until further notice after a car crashed into its space at 1236 S. Broadway., said on social media that no staff members were at the building when a car crashed into it Tuesday morning. A representative from Dos Luces could not immediately be reached for comment on the extent of the damage.

“While we were lucky that no one was inside at the time, we are concerned for those who were in the car. Out of respect for them, we will not sharing any other details at this time,” reads. “Once we have confirmed that they are OK, we can talk about the impact on us and the business but right now our thoughts are with them.”

According to Denver police, officers responded to the incident at 8 a.m. A female driver clipped another vehicle while trying to change lanes and lost control of her car before crashing into the building. No serious injuries were reported, police said.
