The National Weather Service in Fort Worth issued a heat advisory Wednesday through 8 p.m. Thursday for majority of North and Central Texas, including Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis and Tarrant counties.The dangerous heat that has plagued the regions for more than a week continues as heat indexes are expected to rise to at least 105 in areas under the advisory or as high as 110 in other locations both Wednesday and Thursday.
