“Naghahanda naman kami sa DA, mayroong positive at negative effects ang El Niño, kaya ang ginagawa namin sa DA minamap out namin yung mga areas na maapektuhan negatively and positively. The areas that will be affected negatively doon lang kami gumagawa ng mga measures to mitigate the effect,” he said at the press briefing.
