Musk released a video the night before that showed one of Tesla’s new Cybertrucks towing a Ford F-150 accelerating in the opposite direction.Since Sunday, Musk’s video demonstrating the Cybertruck’s abilities has gotten almost 13 million views, though it has been subjected to criticism from the likes of famed astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson.
After Tesla released a video of its Cybertruck outpulling a Ford F-150, Ford vice-president Sunny Madra prodded Tesla CEO for a more evenly matched do-over. Sounds like its game on.“If the @Ford F-150 is RWD **with no payload** then weight on the Rear Axle is greatly reduced, offering only mild traction for the Tesla to overcome,” Tyson said in a tweet.“Fully load the F150, giving highest traction to its rear wheels, then try to drag that up the hill,” Tyson said.
