Sliwa and his wife Nancy want to launch a feral cat colony on the mayor’s block in Brooklyn to combat a rat infestation.Belfort said she had been “trying to find another cat to come here” since her last one was hit by a car and died.from city health inspectors over rats on his property during the past few months.
