Cumberland County District Attorney Sean McCormack said Thursday that he will seek a full term after his predecessor retired a year ago.
Cumberland County District Attorney Sean McCormack said Thursday that he will run for a full four-year term this year after replacing former District Attorney M.L. “Skip” Ebert a year ago.
McCormack, a Camp Hill resident, became district attorney after Ebert retired halfway through his term.Skip Ebert, Cumberland County’s longest-serving district attorney, will retire in mid-term at year’s end “My number one priority is to keep Cumberland County a safe place to live, work and raise a family,” he said.
During that time, he also served more than 25 years as chief of the Dauphin County Child Abuse Protection unit.
