Newsweek’s list was compiled from surveys of more than two million employees from organizations across the country.
It said it selected companies with a positive workplace where employees “feel respected, inspired and appreciated.”The magazine noted West Shore Home gives cash bonuses to high performers, and gives back to the community by installing at least 10 free bath remodels a year for veterans. It also sponsors Little League and stuffs buses with school supplies for United Way.

This is not the first award for West Shore Home, which has racked up several accolades including a Top Workplaces USA award from Energage. West Shore Home joins others on the list including Marriott Vacations Worldwide in the No. 1 slot followed by Fairway Independent Mortgage, Booz Allen Hamilton, Hilton Grand Vacations and Edmunds.
