In a bid to combat the current critical shortage of blood supply, LifeSouth Community Blood Centers and Jacksonville Public Library have joined forces to make blood donation more convenient than ever.

LifeSouth, a nonprofit organization responsible for supplying blood to 80% of the local hospital beds in the community, including all Level 1 and Level 2 Trauma centers, is spearheading the campaign.

By donating blood, individuals can play a vital role in providing the lifeline needed by patients in hospitals across the area. As a token of appreciation for their generosity, donors will receive a $20 e-gift card, a t-shirt, and the immeasurable satisfaction of knowing that they have made a significant impact on the lives of those in need. The opportunity to contribute to the welfare of the community and potentially save lives has never been more accessible.
