Emergency crews had to free a truck driver who was trapped after a crash in York County.It happened around 1 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Cool Creek and Mt. Pisgah roads in Hellam Township. The Wrightsville Fire Department said firefighters arrived to find the tractor-trailer overturned and leaking its contents – which were determined to be contaminated water mixed with sewage.A Hazmat team was requested to control the leak.
