A crash involving as many as four vehicles, including a concrete truck, blocked traffic in Sumner Thursday morning.
A concrete truck rolled onto its side. Troopers, and crews from the Washington State Department of Transportation and East Pierce Fire and Rescue responded. Trooper Robert Reyer said crews had to remove concrete from the right lane, but the left lane was open to traffic.
