The Frisco Police Department released a statement Tuesday night, saying: "Both parties to the crash were offered medical attention and both refused. Emergency medical services were not requested by either party. Neither party was treated or transported."The first complaint filed by Hill last year sought in excess of $1 million and listed only Elliott as the defendant.
