Starting center Tyler Biadasz and starting right guard Zack Martin were both listed as inactive for the Cowboys’ game against the Cardinals on Sunday.
Brock Hoffman, who was elevated from the practice squad, will make his first NFL start in place of Biadasz. Hoffman, along with center Sean Harlow, were elevated from the practice squad in anticipation of Biadasz’s absence. In pregame warmups, Hoffman was taking snaps with quarterback Dak Prescott.
T.J. Bass will start in place of Martin. Bass received playing time when Martin went down with his ankle injury last week.There is some good news about the offensive line, left guard Tyler Smith will make his season debut. He missed the first two games of the season with a hamstring injury, suffered just before the season-opener against the New York Giants.
Also, Cowboys safety Donovan Wilson will make his season debut after missing the first two games of the season with an injury.Safety Israel Mukuamu, cornerback Eric Scott, Biadasz, Martin, receiver Jalen Brooks and defensive end Viliami Fehoko.Linebacker Josh Woods, cornerback Starling Thomas V, offensive lineman Carter O’Donnell and Ilm Manning and tight end Elijah Higgins.
