Court docs: Federal Way photographer who takes student photos arrested for possessing child porn FOX13
and arrested the man on four counts of first-degree possessing depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Court documents say the files involved children under the age of 12. The TPD says the arrest was made possible with the help of the FBI and the Washington State Patrol Missing and Exploited Children Task Force.
