Hill explained that she and her husband started renting out their property on Denton Street in Gainesville several years ago, but that no tenant lasted more than six months. Aftermay be haunted by spooky apparitions.Hill told the news outlet that in one instance, she was taking a shower in her home when she heard a voice say:"Lookin' good!"
When she turned to find where it came from, she claimed that she saw a dark figure on the other side of the curtain. She initially thought that it was her husband, but she was shocked to seeHill recalled,"He said, 'Who were you talking to?' And I was like, 'Oh my God, it really is haunted.'" After inviting several paranormal enthusiasts to visit their house with electronic voice phenomenon equipment, Hill claimed that the ghosts could be heard saying"Oh baby, oh baby, yeah" and"Yeah, I like it like that."
The homeowner supposed that the supernatural entities were acting that way because the house had been built in the 1840s and is said to be a former brothel. Because of the hauntings, the couple eventually decided it was best to rent out their property to those who were interested in investigating the paranormal activity.
