A Hyrum couple was found shot to death in their home Wednesday night by their 16-year-old daughter, deputies say.
0Officials are investigating after a teen discovered her parents shot to death in their Hyrum residence Wednesday night.
Deputy Chad Jensen with the Cache County Sheriff's Office said that deputies and Hyrum first responders were dispatched to the home located at 110 Wapiti Loop on June 7, 2023, following reports of two gunshot victims.A 37-year-old woman was found with a gunshot wound in a bedroom, while a 38-year-old man was found dead in another, undisclosed area of the house.
"The victims were married at the time of the incident and the shooting was discovered by the couple's 16-year-old daughter," sheriff's documents stated. Deputy Jensen said that this investigation is ongoing and that more information will be released once it is complete.JOIN THE CONVERSATION (
