The York County Coroner was called to Lower Windsor Township on Thursday night, according to the county dispatch. The incident was first reported around 7:33 p.m., according to the York Live Incident website. Bull Run Road is closed between Pleasant Hill and Boyd roads, according to the listing.that it is being classified as a “police incident.”
