A partial network outage was reported at the San Francisco International Airport's Terminal 1 on May 13, 2022.Southwest Airlines reported just after 8:30 a.m. that internet connectivity was restored and it's working to"resume normal operations."

Southwest said it canceled four flights to SFO Friday morning due to the outage since gate space was taken up by delayed outbound flights. "We have issued a waiver for affected SFO customers to allow for rebooking flexibility," Southwest said.San Francisco International Airport reported"partial network issues" at Terminal 1 on Friday morning, impacting ticket counters at Southwest, JetBlue, and American airlines.Southwest Airlines issued a statement on the outage: "There's currently an airport-wide internet connectivity outage at SFO.
