“As we had expressly stated in all briefings po, the COMELEC will comply with all orders decisions and resolutions of the Supreme Court and therefore, we shall file/submit our Comment accordingly,” Acting Spokesperson John Rex C. Laudiangco said in a Viber message sent to reporters. Fr. Christian B. Buenafe et al. filed a petition to cancel Marcos Jr.’s Certificate of Candidacy which, according to them, contains multiple false material representations.The case had a unanimous ruling on Jan. 17, and was denied for lack of merit.
