According to Comelec, the registration reception is open Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.“All groups intending to register as a Political Party, a Coalition of Political Parties, or a National, Regional, or Sectoral Group or Organization to Participate in the Party-List System of Representation must ensure strict compliance with the guidelines outlined in Comelec Resolution No. 10673,” said Comelec in a statement.
The said resolution sets guidelines on electronic filing and conducting hearings, investigations, and inquiries via video conference.
