Neale 'Bobo' Henderson, a San Diego High graduate and former Kansas City Monarch, used 2007 platform to teach kids a valuable lesson

When Henderson died in 2018, KUSI sportscaster Brandon Stone reported: “Neale Henderson stopped being Neale Henderson the day his mother let another woman see her baby. During the Korean War, while stationed at Fort MacArthur in San Pedro, Henderson appeared on “Art Linkletter’s House Party,” a popular daytime TV show. When the host noted Bobo played on several athletic teams at the Army base, he promptly responded: “Yes, I’m a fullback on the baseball team.”
