Michael Cohen says he briefed Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. on Trump Tower Moscow about 10 times, a statement apparently at odds with 2017 testimony by Mr. Trump Jr.
The Trump financial statements submitted by Michael Cohen show that in 2011 and 2012 total assets were listed at about $4.5 billion to $5 billion, with a net worth of $4.3 billion to $4.6 billion.
Secondly, when Mr. Stone was charged with lying to Congress about his communications regarding WikiLeaks last month, prosecutors for the special counsel's office said that on July 22, 2016, an unnamed senior Trump campaign official was “directed to contact Stone about any additional releases and what other damaging information had regarding the Clinton campaign.” Mr. Stone “thereafter told the Trump campaign about potential future releases of damaging material,” the indictment reads.
Mr. Stone, in a text message, responded: “Mr. Cohen’s statement is not true.” He has previously denied ever speaking to Mr. Trump about WikiLeaks. WikiLeaks didn't respond to a direct message, but has previously denied communicating with Mr. Stone.
