A woman gave birth in front of the Philippine Coast Guard headquarters in Davao City, the PCG said.

MANILA, Philippines— A woman gave birth in front of the Philippine Coast Guard headquarters in Davao City on Thursday, the PCG said on Friday.In a statement, the PCG said a woman and her partner asked for help to be transported to a hospital when she started experiencing labor pains in front of the Coast Guard District Southeastern Mindanao Headquarters.

The woman eventually gave birth in front of the PCG office, assisted by Coast Guard personnel, at around 10 p.m. on Thursday.
