Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration Weather Specialist Rhea Torres on Saturday, April 29, said two weather systems — easterlies and ITCZ — may bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in parts of Visayas and Mindanao.
