THE northeast monsoon or 'amihan' and shear line, alongside a possible low pressure area (LPA), may affect the country during the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) and All Saint's Day or 'Undas.'
In a weather outlook issued on Friday by the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration , Visayas, Bicol Region, Caraga, and Quezon will experience generally cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the combined effects of shear line and LPA.
The state-run weather agency said that Bicol Region, Visayas, Caraga and Quezon province would be cloudy with scattered downpours and thunderstorms due to the combined effects of shear Line and LPA.'Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region will be mostly cloudy with light rains while Metro Manila, Central Luzon, and Ilocos Region will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rains due to amihan,' Pagasa said.
