PLAYA VISTA — Two days off without games or practices was a welcomed respite for the Clippers. It was a time for some players to rehabilitate nagging injuries and others to simply rest.
The Clippers got back to work Tuesday at the Honey Training Center to prepare for Wednesday night’s game against Charlotte. It is their final home game before embarking on a five-game trip that runs through Dec. 31, an arduous task considering the Clippers played eight games over the past two weeks.
All three missed Saturday’s nine-point victory against Washington, meaning others saw heavy minutes. Four players topped the 30-minute mark, including Kawhi Leonard; Luke Kennard played 29 minutes and John Wall logged 28.
