The incident happened about 3 p.m. at the West Boulevard-Cudell RTA station, Cleveland police spokeswoman Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia said. RTA employees witnessed the assault.
The woman was forced into a black SUV that appears to be a Toyota RAV4 with an Ohio dealer plate of 05 05543, Ciaccia said.
