Chito Miranda is proud of his physical health progress after maintaining a healthy diet and regular workout sessions.
On Instagram, the 48-year-old frontman of Parokya Ni Edgar shared before and after photos of his body. “Medyo labas pa rin ‘yung ribs ko sa dibdib pero at least dahan-dahan nang nawawala ‘yung tiyan ko,” Chito wrote.“Actually, oks lang naman sa’kin na payatot ako eh, basta healthy at walang beer belly,” he added.Chito also said he's aware that he has a long way to go before achieving his healthiest state, but at this point, he couldn't deny how proud he is of his progress.
He also said his cholesterol, blood sugar, uric acid, and blood pressure levels are all back to normal.“Para sa isang 48 years old dude na dating malakas mag yosi at uminom, na nagsimula mag-rakenrol lifestyle at the age of 12, I think that is something worth flexing,” he ended.Chito has been married to former actress turned entrepreneur Neri Naig since 2014. They have two sons, Miggy and Cash, and an adopted daughter, Pia.
