HANGZHOU, China – A zoo in China is denying that its bears are humans in disguise after a recent social media uproar questioned the animals’ legitimacy.which recently circulated and showed one of Hangzhou Zoo’s sun bears standing on its back legs and appearing to be a human in costume.
“Some people think I stand like a person,” said a social media post from Hangzhou Zoo Monday, written from the bear’s point of view. “It seems you don’t understand me very well. An employee at Hangzhou Zoo said visits were being arranged for reporters to see the bears on Monday, according to reports.
