The model that will spearhead the brand's entry to Europe is the HiPhi Y mid-size SUV, set to debut at the Shanghai auto show this month with up to 503 miles of range (CLTC).

Another Chinese EV maker is targeting a European market entry, but it's not as well known as BYD, Great Wall Motor, Nio or XPeng.
