BEIJING - China’s foreign ministry said on Monday the country will never surrender to foreign pressure after Washington renewed its threat to impose tariffs on all Chinese imports in an escalating trade dispute.Geng declined to comment on what countermeasures China planned to announce in response to the U.S. tariff hike on $200 billion worth of Chinese goods on Friday.
