CHINA and Japan lauded the Philippines for its smooth conduct of national elections as they look forward to working with the incoming new administration.The Chinese Embassy in Manila on Wednesday shared the remark of Zhao Lijian, China's foreign ministry spokesman, when asked to comment on the Philippines presidential election.'China congratulated the Philippines on the smooth presidential election.
